Instructional Design
Do you want a learning solution that fits perfectly with your needs? I have custom designed hundreds of face to face or virtual training programs for all levels of employee - from front line to VPs - on numerous topics in the leadership/management/team building space. I work directly with clients and on a sub-contracting basis.
Facilitation
Whether it’s contract facilitation using your existing content, a custom-designed session, or a keynote speech, I can do it! I have facilitated for hundreds of groups, from a few people to a few hundred. My style is engaging, funny, and up beat (while still sharing useful research tidbits, of course!).
